Mom Body Pride was founded by Ashley Morris, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Fitness Trainer, and most importantly, a proud mother of 3!  Driven by a passion to help other mothers to create a reality based perspectives about their bodies, build self-compassion, and a stronger sense of self-worth and self-esteem, Ashley began designing programs for Counseling, Coaching, and Workshops.  

The goal of Mom Body Pride is to create a movement; a shift from the current mindset and negative connotation associated with a “mom body” to what it should be…..a celebration!
